New Housing Construction Project for Internally Displaced Persons in Derazhnia, Khmelnytskyi Region

On one of three potential sites for new construction, the foundation, together with the city of Derazhnia, is preparing a housing project for internally displaced persons (IDPs).

Five teams from across Ukraine took part in the competition to design the concept for this new housing project.

The city’s objective is not only to create a building that will accommodate 35 families, but also to develop a modern and comfortable living environment — a place where displaced people can find a new home and start a new life.
